Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of needmorefunds.com and the services we provide through it (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What NeedMoreFunds is (and isn't)

NeedMoreFunds is a free service that helps connect consumers with lenders and lending partners. We are not a lender, loan broker or financial advisor. We do not make loans, make credit decisions, or make loan offers, and we don't recommend or endorse any particular lender or loan. Submitting a request does not guarantee that you'll be matched with a lender, receive a loan offer or be approved for a loan. Any loan offer, rate, fee and term comes from the lender, depends on its review and is governed by the lender's own agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and a resident of the United States to use the Service. The Service is not available in every state, and lenders may not be available in your state.

3. Your information

You agree to give accurate, current and complete information and to submit information only about yourself. You authorize us to share the information you submit with lenders and lending partners so they can review your request, and to verify the information you provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

4. Consent to calls, texts and email

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that NeedMoreFunds may call and text you at the phone number you provided, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, about your loan request, even if your number is on a federal, state or company Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling you at any time. You confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you give us, and you'll tell us if that changes. Lenders you are matched with may contact you under their own terms.

5. Compensation

The Service is free to you. We may be paid by lenders and partners when we share your request with them or when you take out a loan. This compensation may affect which lenders you are connected with. See our Advertiser Disclosure.

6. No financial advice

Content on our site, including rate ranges, examples and educational information, is for general information only. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice. Rates and terms shown are examples and may change. Review any loan offer carefully and consider talking to a qualified advisor before you borrow.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information or information about someone else, using automated tools to access or submit forms, interfering with the site's security or operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-party sites and lenders

We aren't responsible for the products, services, websites, privacy practices or actions of lenders or other third parties. Your relationship with any lender is between you and that lender.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NeedMoreFunds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with any lender. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed $100. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which NeedMoreFunds is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
